PowerTechs · your SkillBridge roles, deconstructed
Worthington Enterprises
Two of your live SkillBridge postings, read against what your postings screen for.
This is your own posting text, nothing added. Each role is split two ways: the skills the posting describes as the work, and the qualification it screens for. One of these two roles is a hands-on trade; the other is a path into management — and the screen reads them almost the same way.
Role 1 — the trade
Maintenance Mechanic. Genuinely technical, and the durable expectations sit quietly inside the responsibilities.

Two layers, two very different roles, one screen
Every role has a technical layer — for the mechanic, real trade skill a screen can test. That half works.
Every role also has a durable layer — and in the Operations Management Trainee role, it’s the whole job: becoming a supervisor, working across functions, earning trust in a succession plan. None of that is a credential. The posting screens both roles on background and willingness, and takes the leadership on faith.
The mechanic role, the screen mostly covers. The management-track role — the one where a wrong hire becomes a bad supervisor — is the one it reads least, because there’s no certificate for the thing that actually matters there.
Your mechanic role, the screen mostly covers. Your management trainee — where the whole point is leadership — is the one it can’t read at all, and that’s the role where being wrong compounds into a bad supervisor.
That gap matters more under the 75% offer commitment SkillBridge providers carry: you’re developing fellows toward supervisor roles on a read of background alone. That second layer is what PowerTechs measures.
See it across all your roles
This is two of your postings. In 20 minutes I’ll walk you through the same read on the rest of your roles — where the durable requirements sit, and how you’d see them in a candidate before you commit a slot. No cost, no pitch attached.
