Use Case 2
Leveraging the Talent Pool of Military Veterans
Process & Timeline
Define Ideal Worker Profiles
2 weeks We will collaborate with TEP to define the key competencies, qualifications, and soft skills required for future roles in gas power operations.
Map Current and Future Roles
2 weeks This phase includes a gap analysis to align existing job roles with future operational requirements and identify transferable skills within your current workforce and veteran talent pools.
Develop Customized Scenarios & Digital Twins
Up to 4 months (includes basic digitization) We will build customized, job-specific simulations of TEP facilities (coal, gas, and military environments) to support realistic skills measurement and targeted training.
Candidate Screening
3 weeks Coal-to-Gas Transition: TEP employees interact with a “digital twin” of a coal plant to assess transferable skills for gas operations. Military Veterans: Veterans engage with a digital twin of a military environment to evaluate alignment with TEP civilian roles.
Generate Individual Profiles & Skill Rankings
3 weeks Each candidate receives a comprehensive skill profile, benchmarking their readiness for key roles and identifying areas for development.
Reskilling & Upskilling
TBD Candidates will engage in tailored reskilling programs using interactive digital twins of gas plants or other relevant TEP facilities to accelerate job readiness.
