Two of your live SkillBridge postings, read against what your screen can and can’t verify.
This is your own posting text, nothing added. You target Army medical-equipment MOSs precisely — 91C, 91D — and the technical match is clean. But your own postings say the job is built on customer trust, and that’s the part the screen never sees.

Two layers, and your requirements name both
Every role has a technical layer — the electrical skill, the years, the military training that counts toward it. Your screen verifies it, and a 91C maps onto it almost exactly. That match is real.
Every role also has a durable layer — building customer trust, resolving problems expediently, holding a professional demeanor when a hospital’s equipment is down. You didn’t leave it implied: it’s written into the requirements. And nothing on the screen measures it.
That’s the tell. The MOS match guarantees the technician can do the electrical work. Whether they build the trust your postings lead with is a separate question, and the certification doesn’t answer it.
Your MOS match is clean — a 91C can do the electrical work. Whether they build the customer trust your own postings name first is the open question, and the screen verifies the credential while taking the trust on faith.
That gap matters more under the 75% offer commitment SkillBridge providers carry: you’re hosting on a clean read of the electrical skill and no read on the customer layer your requirements lead with. That second layer is what PowerTechs measures.

This is two of your postings. In 20 minutes I’ll walk you through the same read on the rest of your service-technician roles — where the durable requirements sit, and how you’d see them in a candidate before you commit a slot. No cost, no pitch attached.
