Every role has a technical layer — the scheduling tools, the sysadmin stack. Your requirements list it, and it’s verifiable.

Your Scheduler requirements also list a durable layer outright — “clearly communicate,” “collaborate with stakeholders,” “detail oriented.” Those decide whether a schedule across government and sub-contractor teams actually holds. And there’s no line on the screen that measures them.

That’s the tell: you wrote the durable requirement down next to the technical ones. The screen verifies the years of IMS experience and takes “clearly communicate” on faith — on a program where a scheduling miss is a mission delay.
