PowerTechs · your SkillBridge roles, deconstructed
Mass General Brigham
Two of your live SkillBridge postings, read against what your screen can and can’t verify.
This is your own posting text, nothing added. Your Med-Surg RN posting lists a license the screen can verify — and, in the same breath, communication and conflict-management skills it cannot.
Role 1 — where you wrote it down

You already wrote the durable layer into the requirements
Every clinical role has a technical layer — the license, the degree, the telemetry experience. A screen verifies it cleanly: a Massachusetts RN license exists or it doesn’t.
Your Med-Surg posting also lists a durable layer as required — interpersonal communication, problem solving, conflict management. Those decide whether a nurse holds a floor at 3 a.m. And there’s no line on the screen that measures any of them; a resume can only claim them.
A transitioning military medic almost always has that durable layer built under far harder conditions than a civilian ward. The screen sees the license they may still be earning — and none of the composure they already have.
You listed conflict management as a requirement, next to the license. The screen verifies the license and takes the conflict management on faith — and that’s the skill that decides whether a nurse holds the floor when it matters.
That gap matters more under the 75% offer commitment SkillBridge providers carry: you named the durable skills as required and still can’t read them before you host. That second layer is what PowerTechs measures.
See it across all your roles
This is two of your postings. In 20 minutes I’ll walk you through the same read across your clinical and non-clinical roles — where the durable requirements sit, and how you’d see them in a transitioning medic before you commit a slot. No cost, no pitch attached.
