Two layers, two very different roles, one screen

Every role has a technical layer — for the installer, real low-voltage craft your screen can check. That half works.

But the Job Superintendent role is defined, in your own words, as ownership, on-site leadership, and being the central point of accountability. That’s the durable layer, and here it’s the entire job — not a bonus on top of the technical one. The screen reads both roles by MOS and background, and takes the leadership on faith.

A service member who ran a team maps onto the superintendent role better than any AV credential shows. But background alone can’t distinguish the one who’ll hold a project together from the one who won’t — and on that role, that’s the whole difference.

Your installer role, the screen mostly covers. Your Job Superintendent — defined as ownership and on-site leadership — is the one it can’t read at all, and that’s the role where a wrong host loses a whole project.
