PowerTechs · your SkillBridge roles, deconstructed
Bureau Veritas
Two of your live SkillBridge postings, read against what your postings screen for.
This is your own posting text, nothing added. Each role is split two ways: the skills the posting describes as the work, and the qualification it screens for. One role trains toward a certification; the other runs on coordination and communication no certificate covers.
Role 1 — Elevator Inspector Trainee
Trains toward a real certification — and the judgment to spot a safety issue is the part that can’t be certified in advance.

Two layers — one trains to a credential, one is all judgment
Every role has a technical layer — the inspector trains toward a certification, the administrator learns the scheduling tools. Your screen can check for the background.
Every role also has a durable layer — the judgment to catch a safety issue on an elevator, the coordination and stakeholder communication that hold a project together. Your postings name these as the work. Nothing on the screen measures whether a candidate has them.
For the inspector, the certification eventually confirms the technical half. For the project administrator, there’s no certificate at all for the thing the role is made of — and that’s the role where the screen tells you least.
The inspector role trains toward a credential; the administrator role runs entirely on coordination and communication no certificate covers. On the second, the screen reads almost nothing that predicts whether the fellow succeeds.
That gap matters more under the 75% offer commitment SkillBridge providers carry: your coordination-heavy roles are hosted on a read of background alone. That second layer is what PowerTechs measures.
See it across all your roles
This is two of your postings. In 20 minutes I’ll walk you through the same read across your roles — where the durable requirements sit, and how you’d see them in a candidate before you commit a slot. No cost, no pitch attached.
